Who We Are

Our family lives 8 miles from the City of Monroe in Union County N.C. The family consist of myself, Herman Parker, my wife Kim, 2 daughters, Lindsey and Hannah, and 1 son and his wife Franky and Cristy.  We attend Galilee Baptist Church in Monroe and give our Lord credit for any and all accomplishments we have made or will make in the future. We love the outdoors, hunting and fishing. I retired from a career in law enforcement in April of 2008 and am enjoying working full-time doing taxidermy. I began doing taxidermy in 1994 as a part-time business which over a period of time has grown to the point we are at today. We have received training from some of the best in the taxidermy business and continue to support our state association as well as improving our work through  competition.

Our shop is located beside our home and we welcome visitors to come by and chat with us about our work. We are normally open from 9:00a.m. until 5:00p.m, Monday thru Friday and available by phone on weekends and evenings. Our shop is closed on Sunday.
